Wallace (Wally) Hogan
Wally Hogan, B.Comm, CMC, is owner and practicing principal of Hogan Consulting, an advisory in business and information technology transformation. As a Certified Management Consultant, Wally has been practicing since 2011.
Wally has enjoyed a 30-year career in the high technology industry having held Canadian, North American and Global executive positions with IBM, Novell and Hewlett-Packard (HP). Wally began his career with IBM in Windsor Ontario, where he would later return to lead IBM's operations in Windsor/Essex, Chatham/Kent and Sarnia/Lambton. In the last ten years, Wally led HP's Canadian, then North American Outsourcing Services business, which, while encompassing all industry segments, provided him the opportunity to work closely with the health care sector providing IT services and operational support to several large primary care providers, and provincial agencies.
Throughout his career, Wally volunteered in support of many charitable causes, including serving as Chair for United Way campaigns while at IBM and HP. In addition, he served as a founding member of HP's Executive Diversity Council in Canada.
An avid sailor and certified yachtmaster, Wally has served as a Board Director for Ontario Sailing and has volunteered with the International Sailing Federation providing support to Paralympic Sailing.
Wally is a proud graduate of the University of Windsor, holding an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, and a specialized Certificate in Personnel & Industrial Relations. He has had the opportunity to complete executive programs at Harvard University and Babson College. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the Centre for Outsourcing Research and Education.
As natives of Kingsville Ontario, Wally and his wife Cori returned in 2016 to once again reside in their home town. They are proud parents of two grown sons living in Toronto and Barrie.
